They/Them, She/Her

Through therapy we can get to know ourselves and understand the way we fit into this world. It’s a place for us to become aware of patterns, uncover our roots, and process our experiences.

My practice is rooted in and guided by principles of anti-oppression, anti-racism, harm reduction and collective liberation. Many of us never learned how to sit with and move through difficult emotions, or approach relationships with vulnerability, compassion and boundaries. We were not taught how to take accountability, in a way that is both healing and regenerative. My goal is to provide an empowered space for you to meet your past and present selves so that you can live out your truest and most authentic path forward.

My approach is trauma-centered, attachment-focused and driven directly by you. It is my deep honor to hold space for individuals from a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and identities. I especially love guiding people through their journeys with spiritual healing. For those who are interested, I offer Brainspotting, a somatic-based approach to therapy that supports individuals in identifying, processing and releasing trauma from the body.

As a queer immigrant, I became a therapist to provide support for those within my own community. I know how difficult it can be to find healthcare providers that understand intersectional experiences on a personal level. I bring special insight, training and experience to the following topics and/or communities:

  • LGBTQIA+ adults

  • People of color

  • Immigrant experiences

  • Brainspotting

  • Gifted and highly sensitive

  • Neurodivergent individuals

  • Couples and relationships

  • Polyamory and kink

  • Spirituality

  • Survivors of intimate violence

  • Multicultural backgrounds

  • Activists and healers

Education: In 2021, I received my Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tufts University in 2016. I am an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Background: I have 7+ years of experience as an activist, volunteer, research assistant, case manager, and therapist in research and community-based settings in the United States, India and Singapore. I have worked extensively with LGBTQIA2s+ adults and young adults and survivors of trauma.  I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, sex workers, and people who have experienced homelessness. Much of my work and clinical interest centers on healing trauma on a personal, relational and collective level by using both an attachment and systems-focused lens.

Beyond Therapy: As someone who has ADHD, I have a wide array of activities and interests that I engage with in my personal time. This includes, but is not limited to, reading, hiking, camping, dancing, spending quality time with friends, astrology, ghosts, cooking and taking care of my sweet black cat, Oryx.  My favorite genres include horror, sci-fi, memoirs, and magical realism.
