Exploration takes courage. Whether you’re exploring your emotions, relationships or identities, therapy can serve as a sacred container of non-judgement and curiosity for you to do this brave work.

Maybe you feel ready to move toward the vulnerable process of unpacking trauma and internalized ideology—and just aren’t sure how. That’s okay! Together, we can explore the threads of experiences that have brought you to this moment, including the impact of social and cultural systems on your present day challenges. We’ll identify patterns and themes across your thoughts, feelings and relationships and collaboratively figure out where you want to go next and how. Overtime, this process may help you restore trust in yourself as you learn to value and meet your unique needs.

In our authentic relationship, we’ll hold space for the intersectional identities you and I both bring, and continuously address the way these impact how we relate. My practice is influenced by a commitment to challenging and dismantling oppressive structures that prevent us from living authentically and that perpetuate conflict in our relationships. Most of my work centers on the following populations/issues:

  • LGBTQIA+ adults

  • LGBTQIA+ teens (15+)

  • LGBTQIA+ young adults

  • Neurodivergent individuals (especially autistic, ADHD, and gifted individuals)

  • Gifted and highly sensitive

  • Trauma/EMDR

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

Education: I graduated from Western Washington University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Minor in Psychology. I graduated with my Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Adam’s State University in May 2023.

Background: My introduction to mental health work began in an adolescent residential treatment center. My interest in psychology was fueled by interest in wilderness therapy, mindfulness therapy, and experiential learning. As I continue to grow and learn, my interests lie in facilitating from a feminist perspective, providing social justice-oriented care, and working within the intricacies of intersectionality.

Beyond Therapy: I’m an experience-oriented person and enjoy trying anything new. I most often can be found out in the Cascades as I love outdoor recreation. My main hobbies include rock climbing, mountaineering, and backcountry skiing, but I also enjoy random craft projects, board and card games, and walks around town.

*I completed my master’s level internship with Whole Valley Therapy (15+ months). I will be joining our team as an associate clinician this summer once my license processes.
